Odd thoughts

"I just wanted you to tell me the truth. You know I'd do that for you.."

I got my glasses. How cool is that? I can see! Hah.

I was just reading Kelly's Xanga, and it got me thinking..

She was talking about how Christianity is a cult, and in my opinion -- It is. All religious groups are practically cults, because they have their own rules, own beliefs, etc.

She mentioned how in the earlier days, Christians killed witches. [Why she put "witches" in quotes baffles me, because they do exist] But, it makes sense. People, out of instinct, kill/destroy what they are afraid of. The Christians thought that Paganism was a form of something the devil created, which led to them being afraid. They killed all the people they suspected witches for fear that they might destroy the "good" people of the villages. But, as you all know, most people assume, and make things what they want them to be. Christians never took the time to realize that Pagans don't believe in the devil, and that in reality, Christianity, Paganism, and other religions do have something in common. They all believe in a higher power, and all have different seasons and days of celebration. Most of them all originated from the same religions and beliefs of Greeks and Romans.

So, to wrap that up.. It just makes sense that the Christians killed witches. Humans kill things they're afraid of. Spiders are a good example. Homophobes stake out homosexuals, and beat them down, just because they don't like the way they live their lives. Does it all seem to wrap up into the same thing? I believe so.

Anyway.. On another note.. Today is two months for Dylan and I. And.. I haven't talked to him since about 4.30 on Friday. Lovely, I know. I wouldn't even be able to tell you where he is.

Friday after I updated, I ended up hanging out with Colton. I guess since Hannah's in Harrisburg, Colton had nothing else to do. We walked around like, 3-4 times, and then went to his house. Came back up here to get Jeepers Creepers 2, and on our way back down, Kota was walking up. He was staying at Colton's that night to go to Dylan's for practice in the morning. We watched the movie at Colton's after I talked to Sarah for a little. I was just so out of it.. And quite pissed. But oh well, that doesn't solve anything. Colton and Kota walked me home, 'cause I was about to piss myself. Hah, that movie was good. I came in, and waited to see if he'd get online.. And he didn't..

Yesterday I helped get wood. We got there around 8.30ish, loaded the first pile, went to Kim's, unloaded it and stacked it.. Went to Sheetz, got a cappuchino, and a cookie, then went back for the second load. Brought that to my house, and stacked it. Went back for the third load, and took it to my grandparents' house. We got done around 1.30, which was really good timing. I then talked to Sarah, and we tried to make plans to hang out, but it didn't happen. So.. My dad and I watched really old cartoons. I went to bed, and it didn't take as long as normal for me to pass out.

All I've done today is bitch about how bored I am, and eat Snickers. It needs to be Friday.

I found a cute quote on a layout today..

"I Love It When I Can Feel You
Smiling When You Kiss Me"

Yeah...
